One Million Maniacs is a book about collecting, about the weird impulses that get us through our day. I collect a lot of nonsense, and in my five years working at a used bookstore, I encountered a lot of crazy ephemera that found its way home with me in one form or another. Consider this space as a landing point for a lot of it that couldn't make its way into the book itself for one reason or another.
